These challenges are best addressed by a neutral third party with the skills to navigate employee emotions, motivations, judgements, and misconceptions. To be clear, we all have these, and it takes a high level of skill to help people see how they perceive, so that they can make shifts in their assumptions, interpretations, and therefore their judgments. 

A coach can untangle patterns that hold people back by entering the relationship from a neutral position and building an accord based on integrity, growth, and success. Because they are ethically obligated to keep all conversations confidential, the necessary information surfaces, Issues are resolved, and better working relationships form. Everyone feels more successful and is energized to succeed. Individuals, teams, and the organization becomes more successful.

Almost universally, people want to get along and succeed. By removing the disconnects, the relationships clear up, and the teams focus shifts to the objectives.

  • With 35 years running my own businesses, I have a depth of experience working in leadership, team dynamics, and with employees.

  • I'm not a therapist, but I have more training and experience in human psychology, group dynamics, trauma, relationships, and motivation than many therapists. This helps me navigate my relationship with employees with grace, and get all players to see their misconceptions, so that they move forward with a shared vision.

  • My three years of coach training, with three different schools of coaching, have helped me refine my coaching skills to a sharp edge. I help people identify causes in their thinking that are limiting them, and help them move into actionable tasks and goals that inspire them.

Committed relationships are partnerships, either in life or in work. I work with couples and business partners, and those seeking to become couples or partners in business. 

It may seem odd to lump intimate relationships and business partners together. However, from having been in business partnerships for over thirty years and intimate relationships for most of my life, I've lived the parallels. They may look different because they are in different contexts, but what holds you back in one form of partnership is what holds you back in the other. 

Your success in either is tied to trust, vulnerability, awareness, integrity, compassion, courage, and alignment with truth. The most powerful relationships embrace growth and the fallibility of being human. Relationships can be magical, and can be tragic, and sometimes move between those extremes. 

I'm passionate about the potential of healthy relationships, the joy of doing big things together, and helping partners find their way to the possibilities they see in each other. So that they can create big things and inspire everyone in their orbit.

​Break through to a whole new level of being

Every year I work with a few individuals who are highly dedicated to personal transformation. This is a selection based program for a small group who are called and prepared to step onto a path of transformation. A path that will lead them to make fundamental changes in how they are in the world, and become creators of the world they wish to live in.

Life and evolution are intrinsically tied. Life evolves and we are always evolving, so why do a Life Transformation Mentorship? 

Have you noticed that life will evolve us no matter how hard we try to maintain status quo? 

Have you had situations where you or someone you know is really stuck and then a life event breaks down the nicely constructed structure they built to maintain status quo. It's a painful and slow way to evolve.

There's risk in reaching.

The mind will amplify the risk, telling you that to really live into your life you will have to blow everything up. 


That's a limiting belief, a belief supported by other beliefs (that's how it works) the mind will say; those around me won't embrace the change, can't change, won't like me if I change, I won't be able to meet my obligations, I won't have any friends, I won't be able to put up with my job.

There's a false narrative in the world, an archetype from a different era around "enlightenment" that if we become too spiritual, enlightened, aware, we won't be able to function in our messed up world. However, when we accelerate our personal evolution the world we live in evolves to support us. 

The logic seems good that if we became more personally evolved we wouldn't be able to function in our lives, as we are now. Of course not, but that assumes that we have no effect on the world we live in, which is patently false. 

Gandhi is credited for saying that to change the world we first must change ourselves. "Be the change you want to see in the world" Our self is intimately entwined in the world we experience, to change our experience we change our environment and to change our environment we change how we are in it. The two can be conceptually separated for exploration and to work with, and they can not actually be separated, we extend into our environment and our environment extends into us.
Yes, your world will change, and in ways you cannot imagine, nor can I predict. 

That is the point, everything gets richer and more powerful. You step from trying to control through limitation, to being open to the magic and infinite possibilities in your world. 

Relationships that aren't working may end, or may become unimaginably rich. Work may end, become rewarding, or inspire you in ways you can't imagine.
