I have recently had the pleasure of working with David. But let me tell me a little about me.
I considered myself to be "un-coachable." I have been in my industry for almost 18 years, I have been a team leader and mentor for dozens of agents, and have been a top performing agent for 16 of those 18 years. AND then Covid hit us all and I fell into a dark hole. What could Dave possibly share with me to help me along?
It wasn't easy for the two of us. I was resistant but he was resilient! He didn't lecture me on the same old "Get out there and make your calls" or "Plan your work and work your plan" stuff that so many coach / mentors like to pretend is the answer. No, David took the time to reach in deeper and help me discover what the real problems were. The ideas that I have been holding onto for far too long?
