He holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach credential and is trained across three coaching schools, bringing together neuroscience, psychology and thirty years of real-world business experience into every engagement.
He is the author of Partnership 360 — a practical guide to the relationship dynamics that make or break businesses at the top — and the creator of The Leadership Cookbook, a free resource used by founders and senior leaders to navigate the people challenges that strategy alone can't solve.
